Alternative guarantees for obtaining a loan without a pay slip

Some time ago it was almost impossible to get Lugalbandas when you could not count on a regular paycheck. The permanent contract was in fact considered an essential element in order to have access to credit. Today, instead, the labor market has become much more flexible, it is possible to obtain Lugalbandas in the short term even without the certainty of the pay slip, through the use of alternative forms of guarantee.

A type of guarantee, an alternative to the pay slip, which is acceptable to banks and financial institutions is that of income, therefore a series of documents that certify that the applicant receives a certain income, such as a rent deriving from the rental of a property in a tenant. In this case the presence of a regular lease contract at least equivalent to that of the requested loan is an essential condition. Often, however, the rental contract is not in itself sufficient and additional guarantees will need to be provided.

Here, then, are the most important alternative guarantees:

Surety:

Surety:

this is the typical case in which a person, perhaps a young person with a precarious job, who is able to pay the loan installment, but does not have guarantees that allow the financial company to protect itself. Consequently, the only solution that allows the applicant to obtain the loan is the presence of a guarantor who, in fact, guarantees for him in the event of insolvency.

Bill:

Bill:

The bill is considered an enforcement order in effect that allows, in case of non-payment, proceeding with foreclosures making it possible to recover the full amount. The financial companies, however, do not always accept this method of protection because the recovery of the credit, in this way, requires considerable effort in terms of time and energy. And, when accepted, it involves very high insurance costs.

Mortgage:

Mortgage:

it is a real guarantee widely used when buying a property with a mortgage. The property in question must, of course, be free of other mortgages and will be mortgaged to guarantee the credit issued. Often, however, it is not used when the amount requested is largely lower than the value of the property because, in the event of insolvency, a partial mortgage must be issued, meeting the limits of indivisibility. On the contrary, it is widely used in the case of an annuity loan which, however, is reserved for those over 65 years.

Pledge:

Pledge:

it is a form of guarantee recently used a lot even in the absence of other guarantees. The loan disbursement times are very fast, it is sufficient to have precious objects, especially jewels.

Unique Model:

Unique Model:

it is also a form of guarantee, used in the case of workers without a pay slip but who have a regularity in revenue that guarantees payment of the loan installments. Generally the last three Unique models are requested but, often, the financial companies require additional guarantees because they do not trust what is declared in the tax return.
